Wakame salad is a traditional Japanese salad. Although there are many versions of the salad, it’s usually prepared with wakame seaweed, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, yuzu juice, grated ginger, sesame seeds, rice vinegar, and chili flakes or cayenne pepper.
